We operate on a performance-based model, meaning we only receive compensation when your property is successfully rented. This ensures that our interests are fully aligned with yours, motivating us to work diligently to maximize your property’s occupancy and rental income.

We leverage platforms such as Zillow, ahrn.com (a military website), apartments.com, and other relevant sites to maximize exposure and attract potential tenants.

While the decision to accept pets ultimately rests with you, it’s important to note that under the Fair Housing Act, you are required to accommodate emotional support animals (ESAs) and service animals for individuals with disabilities. We can discuss the legal requirements and considerations associated with accommodating these animals.

Our tenant screening process is thorough and includes credit evaluations, rental history verifications, and employment verifications to ensure the suitability of prospective tenants.

We offer multiple rent payment methods, including online payments, bank drafts, and checks.  Rent is due on the 1st of each month.  Late fees are applied if rent is not received on time, ensuring consistent and timely rent collection for property owners.
